What's this? I'm still alive? And making an actual post? Yeah, it's been a while. School is, as they say, kicking my ass. I present to you a buffet of iconage wrought from several different icontests/fits of boredom. Someone finally capped higher quality stills of the Hairspray trailer (!), so there are a few here from that (click the "hairspray" tag to see the other set), but I think I'll wait 'til it comes out on DVD to make my own caps and really go crazy, maybe even do a mood theme.

About half the Ugly Betty stuff is from the weird/awesome/creepy new promo pics, but they're not particularly spoilery (unless you'd be shocked to see Henry wearing argyle again *gasp*). Feel free to resize the banners or add text or whatever.

( What 'do' can compare with mine today? )

This is my first time doing this, so I don't really know how it's supposed to go, but I felt it was time to put up a little picspam. Pics are from about a month ago when I went to Southern California to visit some family. They were either taken at their house or on our excursion to the Wild Animal Park (which aren't that great because of the sucky zoom on my camera). Random captions provided to supplement the random pictures. On an off topic note: I've been watching Deadwood, The Shield and The Wire, and now I just want to curse all the time...and solve crime. Go figure.

Also, I have a special request (at the bottom of the page) for those interested in mood themes, an Ugly Betty mood theme, or just have an opinion on the matter. I'm having some aesthetic difficulty/indescision and I need some help.
